Booking & Scheduling

Services are confirmed once a care coordinator from Gulnaz Nursing Care contacts you and finalises the caregiver, schedule and charges over phone or WhatsApp.

Pricing

Charges vary based on the type of service, duration and any medical equipment required. Final pricing is shared and agreed with the client before care begins — there are no hidden charges.

Cancellations & Replacements

If a caregiver is not the right fit, we will arrange a replacement. Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible so we can reassign staff appropriately.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are requested to provide accurate information about the patient's condition so we can assign a suitably trained caregiver, and to ensure a safe working environment for our staff.

Limitation

Gulnaz Nursing Care facilitates trained nursing and caregiving personnel; for medical emergencies, please contact your treating doctor or nearest hospital immediately.
